(collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• You meet all eligibility requirements
• You have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Your use complies with applicable law
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code

3. Digital Goods; Licensed Not Sold
All digital content, subscriptions, features, and access rights are licensed, not sold.
Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only.

• Share subscription credentials
• Transfer subscriptions to another account or person

• Commercially exploit subscription access
Any attempted resale or transfer is void and may result in termination without refund.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining credential confidentiality
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or interference with billing systems.
Termination does not entitle you to refunds unless required by law.
5. Purchases & Payment Processing
Products and services may be offered through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Wix website
• Etsy marketplace
• Authorized sales channels
A. App Store Purchases
Governed by Apple or Google billing terms.
B. Website (Wix) Purchases
We may refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or availability.
C. Etsy Purchases
Subject to Etsy’s Terms in addition to these Terms.
D. Physical Goods
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk transfers upon carrier confirmation.
E. Digital Products
Non-refundable once purchased unless required by law.
Chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
6. Subscriptions & Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not create refund entitlement.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, tiers, or features at any time subject to applicable platform rules.
7. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions: non-refundable except where required by law.
Yearly subscriptions: refund requests within seven (7) days at our sole discretion.
Approved refunds may result in immediate access termination.
Nothing limits mandatory consumer protection rights.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Violate laws
• Infringe intellectual property
• Harass or abuse
• Interfere with billing systems
• Introduce malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access
We may investigate violations and pursue legal remedies.

“Arise. Shine forth.” and related names and logos are trademarks of the Company.

You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content.
You represent that you have rights to submit such content.
We may remove content at any time.
11. Service Modifications & Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or alter any part of the Service at any time without liability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Errors, Omissions & Good Faith Corrections
The Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct errors at any time, including after an order is submitted.
Liability for such errors is limited to refund of amounts paid for the affected product or service.
13. Beta Features Disclaimer
From time to time, we may offer beta or experimental features.
Such features are provided “AS IS” without warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
14. Religious & Expressive Content
The Service may include faith-based or inspirational content.
Such content reflects the expressive viewpoint of the Company and is provided for informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for interpretation and application.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Emotional distress
• Mental anguish
• Spiritual harm
• Reputational harm
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
We expressly disclaim liability for punitive or exemplary damages.
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
17. Indemnification

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah.
You waive jury trials and class actions.
20. Venue Exclusivity
Any permitted court action must be brought exclusively in Salt Lake County, Utah.
21. Attorney’s Fees
The prevailing party in any action to enforce these Terms shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law.
22. Injunctive Relief Limitation
User remedies are limited to monetary damages.
The Company may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
23. Anti-Assignment
You may not assign rights under these Terms.
The Company may assign in connection with merger or asset sale.
24. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company.
25. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information obtained through the Service, including technical, pricing, or operational details.
26. Export Compliance
You agree not to use the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions.
You represent you are not located in embargoed jurisdictions or on restricted lists.
27. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive electronic communications and agree they satisfy legal writing requirements.
28. Privacy & Regulatory Compliance
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Users in the EU/UK and California may have rights under GDPR and CCPA as described in our Privacy Policy.
29. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, platform outages, or supply disruptions.

Governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
