(collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, including any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Refunds for app store purchases must follow Google Play or Apple policies.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for fraud, unauthorized transactions, errors, or product unavailability.

 

4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals (if applicable)

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current term.

• Billing occurs at the beginning of each renewal period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your account settings or through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple).

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

 

5. User-Generated Content

• You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content (“UGC”) to the Service.

• Reviews, ratings, or posts should be relevant to the Service or the user experience. Content unrelated to the Service, such as complaints about external articles, news, or third-party services, may be removed at our discretion.

• UGC must comply with platform rules and these Terms: it may not be discriminatory, obscene, infringing, private, threatening, or spam.

• By submitting UGC, you grant Arise. Shine forth. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content.

• We may remove or refuse content at our discretion.

• DMCA takedown requests may be submitted to support@ariseshineforth.com.

 

6. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

• Participation in any promotion is subject to separate rules and eligibility criteria.

• In case of conflict, promotion-specific rules override these Terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service are the property of Arise. Shine forth. or its licensors.

• Violation of these Terms

• User-generated content submitted by you

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for violations of these Terms.

• Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

• Upon termination, your UGC may be deleted, and no refunds are guaranteed.

 

13. Service Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

• We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable.

• We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

 

14. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.

• Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Utah.

 

15. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

• Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance when possible.

• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. App Store Compliance

• The Service is provided by Arise. Shine forth., not by Apple or Google.

• Users must comply with all app store rules.

• Apple/Google are not responsible for the Service or content.

 

18. Age and Export Restrictions

• Users from embargoed countries or restricted territories may not use the Service.

• You agree not to use the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions.
